How long can I keep the skip?
Up to 21 days.
What if it fills up sooner?
Let us know and we’ll swap it for an empty one. A swap is charged as a new skip, depending on what’s inside.
What can’t I put in it?
We don’t accept asbestos or asbestos-cement sheeting (uralita).
What if I mix materials?
The price depends on what’s in the skip when we collect it. If you throw away something different from what was agreed, we charge the difference at the rate for the actual material.
Do I need a permit if the skip goes on the street?
Most town halls require a permit to place a skip on a public road. The customer applies for it. If the skip goes on your own property (driveway or plot), a permit is usually not needed.
How do I pay?
In cash or by bank transfer, when the skip is delivered.
Do you deliver at weekends?
We deliver Monday to Friday. You can message us on WhatsApp any time and we’ll reply during working hours.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We reply in English or Spanish.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Just give us your billing details when you order.
